Problems and Portal Alerts

When creating a Problem, it would be nice to have the option of creating a Portal Alert at the same time. It would also be nice to have that Portal Alert a little more noticeable on the Service Portal.

There is a much heightened need from my company for the Problems module to come forward in this application like other modules (Incidents and Changes). I am visiting every Problem-related feature request in the forum and upvoting.

This would seem like a very basic request. I am looking for the same thing. Why have a portal with widgets and show ever widget type BUT the one we want.

This will probably be like every other feature request in this system - just put here to keep people quiet with no real impetus to act on them.
