Support for ServiceNow Vancouver release

We are unable to use the ServiceNow integration as what we have is the Vancouver release. We were informed that the SNow integration release that are supported are Tokyo and Utah. We are unable to downgrade to such releases so we need to have a feature supporting the Vancouver release.
