I am looking for a baseline CSS stylesheet that I can use and customize to my liking.
I'm new to Web HelpDesk - have you made any progress on this? I would be very interested in customizing my install.
Can you elaborate what else you are looking to do besides what is available in the UI - Configure your look and feel
I'm hoping to be able to configure the look and feel of the WHD, not just the log in page. (From what I'm seeing that's not really an option)

Login page + after authentication you can update header/buttons/logo. That’s the extent of what you can do today and there are no workflow changes that can be made. You can update certain strings, so if they use KB internally instead of FAQ, but that seems outside of the scope of what they are looking for.
@bshopp , sorry to ask on an old thread but I feel that it's relevant to ask here. Are style sheets only capable of changing the look and feel for the clients? I've noticed that templates I've tried have only updated for the login page and after authentication for the client. Any tech that's logged in appears to have the traditional look. I have not been able to find a way to adjust the look and feel of the tech/admin pages.
Correct, at this point in time, this would only be reflected in the client side views.
