Copy content of the zipped .css file into clipboard. Log into the Web Help Desk as an administrator and go to Setup > General > Look & Feel . For the Client Style Sheet setting, select Custom , then click Edit CSS to expose the CSS editor. Remove any existing content in the editor and then paste the template from the clipboard. Check Replace Default CSS and Compress , and then click Update to refresh the panel with parameters from the new template. Adjust the template parameters as desired, then click Save to activate the new style sheet

Installation Instructions

Download desired template.
Copy content of the zipped .css file into clipboard.
Log into the Web Help Desk as an administrator and go to Setup > General > Look & Feel.

I love this template, but can you help out with the other colors? All I'm getting is a brilliant aqua. I'm not a webmaster, so I'm not sure what to change.

Hi Mark,
You can do this simply by using the colour configuration buttons that come up when you enter the CSS.
Just click the colour and select what you want in the palette that pops up.

Hi Milan,
Feature Request for this custom CSS, I've edited it to be a horrid green as follows:
Please can you add CSS to edit the colour of all the White bits to other colours, this is because if you set the backing to White these sections are no longer visible and white would suite some company logo's.
This is the same for the Embossed Gradient CSS too, can this be added?

Hi fluffy midnight,
have you tried playing with the clientStyles.css file?
You can change background yourself. Instead of using the background-image, feel free to use background color
Please backup your original clientStyles.css file before yo do any changes.

We prefer not to use the Black login box. Where do I make that change to the look?

You can change the look with some custom CSS, if you don't have CSS knowledge then use the custom one provided in this thread.
You can edit the CSS by switching to the Custom setting from Classic.
Once done, you can paste the code into the box, click the Update button at the bottom, then see the change happen below!

Thanks Milan, completely forgot that's there!
It's nice to have a reminder that there is the original CSS still there ticking away in the background even if you change the Custom CSS.
