Hi All,
I have been filling in the Assets side of Web Help Desk and need to run reports that show the warranty expiry dates, can someone let me know how I can do this

Currently you cannot report on assets.

Actually, there is a way to do this. It's not a "report" per se, but you can go to the Assets screen and edit your Column Set to include the Warranty Exp. column (and any others you wish to report on). Then search for the assets you want to show up (leave fields blank and click Search to get all assets). Then you can use the PDF, TSV, or Excel buttons to export the "report".

Can you expound on this? I'm not sure what you mean by "edit your Colum Set"?
In the Assest screen you can edit column sets, I have attached a screenshot so you can see what this looks like.
You can click on the little pen or the '+' sign to add a new column set.
Thank-you. Is this part of a different module? We only have SAM and NPM.
Just want to note here as well if you are using at least V12.2 or higher Asset reporting was added there is a canned report called Assets going out of Warranty by location. You can probably make a copy of that report then adjust it to your needs.
