Service Now integration Location field

I have a group based alarm configured for Site is Down alarms. The group name is the site name which is the same as the location in ServiceNow. I am using ${N=SwisEntity;M=Name} as the variable for the location field however it doesnt populate in the location field. It populates in the short description field with no issue however. If I dont use a variable (ie SiteA) it will populate in the incident. How do i get it to populate it using the variable?

In my service now instance, the values for location are fixed, you select them from a predetermined set of locations. Make sure that your matches. Typically, either the display name or the record ID will work. 

We do something similar for a CMDB CI field, and there it matches against and number of tables. In that case I have a node custom property with the sysid of the CMDB CI I want to ensure the incident is linked to the correct CI.
