Is it possible to see the "assigned to" column in the mobile/tablet app? I like some of the information is smaller underneath the main subject. If that could be turned on or similar that would be great.
Hello! In reference to the Assignee information, incidents have a Detail tab where that information is displayed and can be modified/reassigned. Hope this helps!
