Can anyone point me to some documentation on how to set up WHD to use starttls over port 389 for its LDAP integration as opposed to LDAPS over port 636? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think you should log this with Support to see if WHD actually supports this.
I've already started a ticket with support. I was just hoping someone had a quick answer. I appreciate you chiming in. I'll post the answer I get from support.

WHD does not support LDAP using start TLS.
