In Settings > Users & Groups, I can delete some user, but not others. I'm able to suspend both users who can be deleted and those who cannot be deleted, though. Thoughts on why this is?
Hi! You are able to delete any user that has not logged into the service desk and you are only able to suspend any user that has logged into the service desk. The reason we do this is for record retention. When you suspend a user, they are no longer able to access the service desk, their names don't show up in user dropdowns, and you can still report on any historical data about them.
