Retrieve auth token (complete url) for inline attachments on S3

When an incident includes an inline attachment, the auth code is not included in the URL when I GET via the API.

Also these inline attachments are listed without the Base URL.  Right now the base is https://s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/production.main.customer.data

 

Does this URL remain static?

Is there somewhere to find this full url including the token auth in the Incident API or anywhere else?
