Can someone guide me to create a dashboard similar to the solariwnds demo platform?}
There are a lot of user created content on the content exchange that may be able to assist you. I realise this exact dashboard isn't on the content exchange. Maybe @the_ben_keen could make this available?

I do believe this is out of the box with Observability but I'm sure I can get something similar using SWQL.
We'd run that if so, and if it could list the actual nodes that have failed that would be super cool.
