I wonder how users can log in to the portal to see all their open/pending tickets in a list/page, similar to what Techs would see?
There is!To simulate it, you can open it by clicking on your profile in the top right, then click "Go to Portal View"
Thanks, but I'm not exactly getting the menu you are talking about. Once I go to my profile icon, it only has "switched to client account" which is fine but still does not give a portal to review all previous historical tickets for me (as the client). it directly goes to a form to create a new ticket. Am I missing anything?

Can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing? Can you also confirm you're in the SolarWinds Service Desk? (and not the Web Help Desk)

I currently use webhelp desk in my environment. If you switch to the client side where they log in. If they log into the system like they are submitting a ticket. on the top there is a tab that says history that they can access.
