Are there any issues with the clone function in SWSD? Up until yesterday we were able to clone tickets but today we are receiving a 500 Internal Server Error. Any guidance would be appreciated.

There isn't anything that I know of that would be causing this issue. I would recommend opening a ticket with our support team so they can take a closer look. You can open a ticket by emailing them at technicalsupport@solarwinds.com or chatting with them using the in-app chat function located on the bottom right of any page in the app.
Hi Kara, myself and at least a couple other people have reported the same issue to the support team. They should be aware of the issue, but it's probably best to open a support ticket so they know how widespread the issue is, and so you can get updates for a resolution.
I got an email yesterday from technical support that this issue was resolved.
We noticed on Monday that it had started working again. Thought maybe it was the weekend update that solved it. Just happy it is working again!
