Hello everyone
I would like to make a custom widget for the dashboard that agents can then add.
Basically, I want to create an Info-Panel that displays text.
In case there is something all Agents must know, it can be listed there.
Alternatively, it would be really nice if everyone Agent could add text straight into the widget from the dashboard. Visible to all others.
Is there any way to create something like this? Does WHD have similar features?
