Notes field disappears

We're running 12.7.6 (Hotfix 1) on Google Chrome and we're having an issue when replying to tickets. Sometimes when you hit the reply button, the notes field completely disappears and you have to refresh the screen to get it back again.

We've always had this issue throughout previous versions but i was hoping that it would be resolved by upgrading to 12.7.6 but sadly not.

Any help appreciated.

We have that happen, and it has for several versions for us. It does seem less frequent now but definitely still occurs. I changed to Firefox for a while and it seemed to not happen, but for non help desk related reasons I needed to go back to Chrome. Sorry not much help other than to say you are not alone on this one. Its a tough one to show support too as its so inconsistent.

I'd suggest a support call with Solarwinds - It's been around for many years, so a little pushing is needed for them to fix it.
