We're running 12.7.6 (Hotfix 1) on Google Chrome and we're having an issue when replying to tickets. Sometimes when you hit the reply button, the notes field completely disappears and you have to refresh the screen to get it back again.
We've always had this issue throughout previous versions but i was hoping that it would be resolved by upgrading to 12.7.6 but sadly not.
Any help appreciated.
