I have users getting "token expired" when they try to reset their password. Anyone run across this? If so how did you fix it.
This typically happens when your company is using an anti-spam tool that "clicks" the links in an email before delivering it to the user to make sure it is safe. Emails from the system need to be "whitelisted" so that they are not checked in this manner. Here's a link to information needed to do this:

That's what the knowledgebase says but we just moved offices and do not have our WSG setup yet so we do not have anything filtering at the moment.
