Report with a list of dynamic groups and queries

Hello,

I'm looking for a report showing all the dynamic groups that are grouped by dynamic group name and showing the nested groups and dynamic queries within them. This is for auditing purposes so I want it to show all the configuration details. For readability, it would also be nice if it was indented something like this:

• DG1
  • Site1-Network - Node IP begins with 10.0.0.
  • Site1-Interface - Interface type name contains Ethernet 
• DG2
  • DG1
    • Site1-Network - Node IP begins with 10.0.0.
    • Site1-Interface - Interface type name contains Ethernet 
  • Site2-Network - Node IP begins with 10.0.1.
• DG3
  • Site3-Network - Node IP begins with 10.0.3.

Let me know if that doesn't make sense and I'll try to clarify it. Thank you for your time in advance!
