I had already deployed agents on my Linux hosts.Now I want to change a polling method from ICMP to agent.Why it ask me for credentials?
If the agent is already installed and connected to Orion it won't ask for credentials. If not, you need to install the agent, and the credentials here will attempt that.
Hi. As I mention above, agents are already installed.But Orion still ask for credentials If I try to edit several nodes at a time.
Does it work if you try to convert them under the Manage Agent Settings? If the agent is showing up there, then select "Manage as a Node" it should update it to agent method.
