Web Help Desk generates a Java error when opening an asset

This error is addressed for these versions WHD 12.4;WHD 12.5;WHD 12.6

I am running 12.7.7 Build 12.7.3.81 is it safe to say the fix is the same?

Is this when searching for a client, then going the assets details tab? This does not error in 12.7.3 and 12.7.4....

Yes it is and it does error on my version of 12.7.3 We recently upgraded ( a couple of weeks ago)

I think 12.7.4.85 fixes this issue if it's related to Location field:

Thanks for your feedback, I plan on updating to 12.7.4 in a few weeks hopefully it resolves the problem.

Err Sorry - nope that's still an issue in 12.7.4.85, if you open a ticket, then go to the attached Asset, then try to edit the location of an asset. you get the following error:

Best contact SW and make a support call with this one...
