Hi. We have a latest Solarwinds Orion and a latest ServiceNow instance with SWS integration plugin, so we successfully made a new integration instance.
And we have several custom fields in SN. For example, "Subject" field:

But while creating a new trigger action there is no “Subject” field:





Field is enabled and permissions are fine.
Couldn't find why only this field didn't map to SWS, have you got any ideas?
