I am using custom pollers for monitoring disk status on dell servers. Its working fine for most of dell servers but few are saying 'Timeout' when i do the test in assign poller window. I tried to find out the difference between the one which are working and not working, but can't find. There are no log in event viewer on Orion server and client. I checked and dell open manage is installed on all dell servers in question.
Any suggestions?
