Agent not showing resourses

Morning,

I have an agent installed on my servers and in the norm it works. But on 2 servers I am having issues, the agent installs and runs fine, will provide response times but will not show any resources.

When I list resources this happens -

The devices are up and available and SolarWinds even reports them as available, but I cannot monitor disk/network etc which is causing me some issues, as 1 of them is a file server and it has nearly blown its disk...

Gotta start simple, presume you've already checked?

ICMP enabled, SNMP/WMI blocked at firewall level?

HI Michael, yes all that is fine.

I have opened all the ports on the FW for the agent but no change.

The Agent is installed so I don't understand really?

I have tried running the Agent service as both Local System (default) and as a Domain Admin account. No difference.

What OS are the problem servers? Are they the same as successfully polled agent-based nodes? Are there any roles/features unique to these two problem servers?

Same OS as other devices working fine, same config etc

Nothing unique, they are generic windows file servers, we have others which work fine.

you can try command "snmpwalk -v 2c -c "community" "ip" hrSwRunName" (example = snmpwalk -v 2c -c argentina 192.168.15.10 hrSwRunName )From the server of Orion to the computer that does not work ? If it responds, it is ok, if it does not respond verify the community, port snmp, etc etc.

SNMP is disabled on servers in our environment

any AV / Firewall installed on the servers ? I had the same issue with one of the customer and we found the AV was blocking the requirements so check and make sure there is no AV / Windows firewall service running which might effect in your case.

Exceptions are in place globally, these 2 servers are the ones having issues.

I have checked it and this is not the issue
