ServiceNow Integration

I recently implemented the ServiceNow integration portion for NPM.  I have been looking forward to this for quite some time.  However, I am having an issue where the Impact and Urgency drop downs are not populating properly.  We use four custom labels that are used to derive the Priority.

I am on NPM 12.1.  I have an open case with support with no results so far.  Wanted to check here and see if anyone else has encountered this.

Lucky me, i had a scheduled snow integration with a client last week. there were no problems at all. but we did use an outside help - a 3rd party tool to handle the integration faster and smoother.
