Report Scheduler -- Send in Rich Text ?

I am wondering if there is any way I can change the format of emails sent out by the report scheduler? I have done some research and at the moment Outlook does not display the webpages that the report scheduler emails. Outlook is designed like this by M$ and you recieve the email with ATT00###.dat file attached and nothing in the message body. The only way this will work correctly with Outlook is if the email can be sent in rich text instead of html. Any help would be appreciated.

to get rid of the .dat file you need to turn off toolset integration in the orion acct sending the report

Step 1 - Launch the outlook on your system. - Select Tools on the Menu Bar, - Go to Options - Click on mail format - Select HTML

Step 2 - On the same window, - Check Internet Format - Select Convert to HTML - Uncheck encode attachement and click Ok.
