How to create a rule on the trap viewer using Trap's details?

Hi all,

I'm entry level user in SolarWinds and I've been trying to generate a rules using the Trap's details on my trigger conditions. I've been reading the NPM Guide and watching some videos with no luck. Can you help me with that?

Any recommended documentation would be appreciated,
