Is there away to monitor Cisco Call Manager 11.5 nodes with NPM 12.0.1 as we do not have VNQM?
If so, configuration documentation would be appropriated.

You could SNMPwalk and see what catches your eye.
But first turn on SNMP:

If you have Server and Application Monitor (SAM) there is template available to monitor some metrics using SNMP. If you don't, just copy the OIDs from there and create custom pollers.
