Hi everybody, Has anyone attempted to monitor services on Cisco IM&P servers? I can use SAM to determine the names of the Linux processes, but it's difficult to match the process name to the common name in the server CLI. I don't see any templates on thwack that are specifically for IM and Presence. Thanks.

I am not able to add My Cisco Unified Call Manager for Monitoring. Please help in identifying the Call Manger Listener port required to be entered (which is default setup). Also let us know the if any specific Credentials required for call manager access. .
