Has anyone had any success with using Mitel MIBs to monitor their 3300 ICPs? We're trying to assess the “availability” of our estate of phone controllers by using more than just TCP/IP connectivity. (Briefly, the ability to ping a phone controller doesn’t always translate to an actual working system from a customer’s perspective. We need to consider trunk states and the like.)
If anyone’s got experience of using SolarWinds together with Mitel VoIP networks, we’d love to hear from you.
