License Monitoring Restrictions

I have a limited number of interfaces that can be monitored by Orion on our license.

If I am monitoring a server interface and the same server's CPU utilization, does that count as 2 against the license?

I know it's a newbie question, but thanks.

See this thread discussion on how to calculate how elements count towards your license. You'll be counting by element type, not total number of elements.

So the short answer to the question is No, the interface and the utilization won't count twice. Look at your total number of elements by type, and work from that.

Thanks Elisabeth. The other forum was a perfect answer for my question, especilly the bandwidth calculator.
