Exchange 2010 Hub and CAS role

I had assigned Hub and CAS role to my exchange servers separately as they cannot be connected with appinsight for exchange. I had Local admin rights and everything was working fine. Then i changed the credentials to have the least privilege credentials and removed the local admin rights as per solarwinds guide and i lost access to the HUB and CAS application. What kind of credentials do i need to monitor these applications.

I believe the lowered (non-admin) privilege recommendation was specific to the account with the mailbox rights for AppInsight for Exchange. For the standard monitoring templates (CAS / HUB) you will need local admin still for the WMI services checks and management, performance counters, etc.

One more question. Exchange 2007-2010 Mailbox Role Service and Counters and Appinsight for exchange do they monitor same thing or is there any difference ??

I see most of the components are same in it. If it is same is there any advantage of having both ?? Because i see slow find rate going in warning state in Mialbox role service and counter and it shows normal in appinsight for exchange.

Also if i change the Appinsight for exchange to least privilage credential then i might loose access to Exchange 2007-2010 Mailbox Role Service.
