AppInsight for SQL Alerts

I want to create below type alerts for the SQL server. Can anyone help me with the steps.

• Unauthorized access or Authentication failed to the database or the server (maybe collected from the Log file )
• Log file size is more than 20GB (For example ).
• If Disk is low on space it should send an alert with the solution and what particular file/folder is consuming more space.

Also what  are other alerts i can set for the SQL servers. Something like Critical.

The SQL AppInsight PDF only lists 2 or 3 alerts out of the box.

Everything else needs customization.

1. Needs an event log component

2. Custom disk alert/threshold on that volume

3. Same as #2 - but Disk alerts don't tell you what files or folders are consuming, that would take come kind of custom scripting most likely.

All of the Appinsight SQL performance counter dashboards are a toss up, not a single DBA I know wants alerts for any of of them. They want alerts for important stuff like Log Shipping fails, Mirroring failis, AlwaysOn fails, Cluster issues. Perhaps some DBAs are different. But mine don't give a hoot about the dashboards at all for some reason.
