We recently upgraded our Servicenow version from Helsinki to Istanbul and not able to see the app in the downloads, while we already downloaded it.
The integration was running perfectly fine with the Helsinki version. Can somebody help?

The integration is working as expected with Istanbul version. We are planing to upgrade it to Jakarta, can this upgrade may cause any issues with the already configured integration?

Is Solarwinds App in servicenow store compatible with Jakarta version of ServiceNow ?. Can you please reply so that we will plan to integrate with Solawinds in another manner if Solarwinds app is not comptaible with Jakarta version of ServiceNow?.

We have already uploaded new SN app to Store, which should be compatible with Jakarta. We are waiting for certification/approvall process from ServiceNow side.

We upgraded to latest version of Service Now and the plugin is working fine for us, no issues observed till now.
I have installed the app in ServiceNow instance. When solarwinds sends alert to ServiceNow, It is creating Incident, But when it is acknowledged by Solarwinds, it is not getting closed. it is creating duplicate tickets and I shouldn't change any transform map that comes with the app. Please tell me how to fix this issue.

I have installed the app and it creating incidents successfully from solarwinds. but it is not resolving the incidents when incident is acknolwedged by solarwinds and it is creating incidents for the same alert.
