I'm looking for assistance in retrieving a map that was deleted from Network Atlas. I am still relatively new to Solarwinds and inherited from someone who is no longer with the company so pardon any obvious questions.
The map was deleted a few days ago from Network Atlas and I would like to get it back for some users that still work with this map.
From what I have found and read so far, it appears that the maps are part of a database but I'm not sure where this is. I have found files that have an extension of *.orionmap but don't understand if these are relevant to what I want to do.
Is the database file something I can do a restore on (the server is backed up by my server group)? If so, what is the file name and location? Or is there a better way to restore this map?
We are currently running Orion Platform 2015.1.2, SAM 6.2.0, QoE 2.0, NCM 7.4, NPM 11.5.2, IVIM 2.1.0. (including in the event this helps)
