SNMPv2-MIB:authenticationFailure Trap.. Juniper J4350 Router

I get the following error when Orion is trying to query my Juniper J4350 router.. i have checked both sides and they both have the correct credentials/community strings... i have other J4350 setup and they are all running fine with the same credentials... Any Ideas would be helpful...
