Do you guys suggest any special formats for reporting system diagnostics and alarming?
Can you provide any specific examples to what it is you are referring?

I used thwack for the first time in training and wanted to setup a report to look at server Diagnostics for critical areas. I wanted to pull in Ping statistics, server uptime, and processes. Do you have a possible templates related to this type of report. I appreciate your feedback.
No report that contains that specific set of criteria exist out-of-the-box but you should be able to built it yourself, or at least get fairly close on your own using the Web Based Report Writer. If you need help creating custom reports you can request assistance from the community report gurus in the Report Lab.
