Including Availability in Advanced Alerts - where is the value store or derived

How does one add report on current availability for an application?  I want to include availability for the last 24 hours as part of an advanced altert created whenever I receive an application down event from APM.  Is this possible?  The current availability is either 100% when the application is up or 0% when the application is down.

You can certainly run/build a report that will provide this historical data but this isn't what you're looking for.

I don't believe a variable with this information exists. Actually, I don't believe there are any variables that provide historical data in advanced alerts.
