Real Time Change Notification

I am having a issue with the Real time notification. I have set it up per the admin guide. When I simulate a change the syslog picks up the event, I believe the script is ran. though nothing happens. I look in the log I recieve this message: IP Address doesn't exist in Cirrus database in the log file, which I know this switch is in the list of devices under Cirrus?Also this is the command line I have for the scipt

"C:\Program Files\Solarwinds\Configuration Management\ConfigAutoDownload.exe"${IP}

Did you upgrade from Cirrus 3.5 ?

I had RTCN working wonderfully in 3.5, but since upgrading to 4.0 I have not received one notification. Syslog events are logged for me as well, but the RTN log doesn't even have an entry.

I created a ticket in December and received an E-mail last week saying that my ticket has gone to the development team. I'm not sure if our issues are related, but you're not the only one having Real Time Change Notification issues.

I know of at least one person who was able to go through software uninstalls and reinstalls to fix their problem, but that hasn't helped me.

Acutally No, a fresh install. New user of Cirrus.

Hopefully something can come to light on this issue.

I'm also having weird issues with RTN. As I see it, I have:
1) Had a device that just flat didn't download the config when it should have. I checked the IP in the Syslog database, and it did match up with what's in the Cirrus DB. I was able to manually download the configs just fine

2) I have sime devices we used a Broadcast IP, and some we used a Loopback IP. The thing I'm seeing is that the IP that you use to connect the device in Cirrus isn't always the one that's coming across in the Syslog message which it needs to use to line up.
- I wonder if it would be possible when the IP is sent over, before it says it doesn't exist, to check the IP Address Table or something, like it does in the Find Node, and download the right config? Just a thought.
