How to I customise New Ticket View.??
When I click on "New ticket" takes me to the below page where the client info or the client details page appears, next is asset info (Which I have disabled) and then is the ticket details tab.. I want to bring the ticket details to the front and put the client info to the back. Possible?? If yes.. Please guide..

Also I want to modify this below view.. I want some segments in the ticket to show on top. Like custom field to be shown just under ticket details and next it should be notes and then schedule.
