How to I customise New Ticket View.??

When I click on "New ticket" takes me to the below page where the client info or the client details page appears, next is asset info (Which I have disabled) and then is the ticket details tab.. I want to bring the ticket details to the front and put the client info to the back. Possible?? If yes.. Please guide..

Also I want to modify this below view.. I want some segments in the ticket to show on top. Like custom field to be shown just under ticket details and next it should be notes and then schedule.

Any Ideas or thoughts on this Please.. This requirement is coz our front end team is not so quick or I could say dumb or even lazy to umderstand the look or setup.. I want to give them the spoon myself.

You can't customize this part of the tech interface. I suggest you make a features request with Solarwinds, although it might be some time before that add that type of feature.

You can have Request Type URL which goes directly to a Request Type form

https://helpdesk.compnay.com:8443/helpdesk/WebObjects/Helpdesk.woa/wa/TicketActions/new?rt=12

Change the rt=12 to the value of the Request Type you want to go straight to, values are found in Setup - Tickets - Request Types

It will take you straight to the "Last Name" field to search for a client.

If you have tickets where you don't need to assign clients, then it might take you striaght to the Request Details tab, but I haven't tested that.
