In the Quick Ticket creation process, I'm curious what the Make Private (Yes/No) option under Other Options is for. There is no information link and it is not mentioned in the documentation.

If you mouse over the section, you can see the following text:
Make PrivatePrivate Tickets are not visible to the assigned Client in their Ticket History, nor can they be e-mailed to the Client or cc'd: to another e-mail address.
