Due to organic growth of request types and custom fields, sometimes they appear out of order on a ticket as shown in the example below.
It would be great to be able to set a priority order so that they appear on the request logically.
I've since found out that the order can be changed, but it's not intuitive or obvious. Priority is held within each custom field record. Reordering from the custom field list would be appreciated!
They can*ish You can change them by changing the option called "display order" in the setting for each custom field. However this changes it for that field globally there is no way to have it be higher on one request type but lower on another if you reuse a single custom field on more than one repuest type. Hence why I say ish.
