The layout and information for a Tech Ticket is bloated and a design mess. Is there a way to customize this view or edit the layouts?
If not, this should be seriously considered. Thank you!
There is the ability to X out of certain boxes (Dates, Details, Notes, etc.). I would say I almost never use the Scheduled Date options but other than that everything on the tech ticket page is completely useful information. Are their specific fields that you're trying to remove or just trying to ascetically change the way it looks?
Thank you for the quick response. I'm just trying to prune out certain sections like "recipients" or "schedule" and arrange the order of them. I am not trying to edit aesthetic or visual design of it. More of hierarchy and layout of information. If this is possible, where do you edit this?
Same issue here...need to remove fields that we don't use and group custom fields to support ticket action tasks.
