Active Directory Authentication

Can you someone please provided the information on what needs to be done to allow Web Help desk to pass the Active directory credentials from our end users to web help desk so they do not have to login every time?

we edited the file specified in the article on our server and it still seems to prompt for the login info when users go to the url. In the document it says to put the item in 16th place. If there is already an entry in their in that place to we move it or do you just need to add the entry anywhere in that section?
