NPM 12.2 Email report pdf blank

I have NPM 12.2, NCM 7.7 and NTA 4.2.3 loaded on a Win 2012 R2 box. I just configure a report to email to the engineering department. When the email attachment is opened it is blank. I get an http 404 error saying the resource cannot be found. It is saying that a url is missing. The requested URL is /orion/report.aspx. The problem is that I loaded the NPM on drive and this is pointing to C: I am pretty sure. Where can I change the pointer to the correct drive and resource. Is it in the config wizard or in IIS. The config in IIS shows \inetpub\solarwinds

Version information: Microsoft .NET Framework Version 4.0.30319; ASP.NET Version 4.7.2623.0

When you set the Report Schedule did you remember to actually select PDF and Printable?
