WPM Domain Account Configuration Tool

Hi .. i am getting below error when i try to validate. Can anyone help me how i can resolve this. I have entered my FQDN and also tried with IP. But getting same error. Also checked with different domains. Is there any log file i can check to see what is causing this??

Seems like the problem was with the permissions. I gave read and list permission for active directory and it seemed to work.

Now i have another problem if anyone could help me with it. After saving the domain account using "Solarwinds.SEUM.AgentDomainConfigurationTool" i am getting below error. Has anyone faced this issue before?? I have checked the file and my domain is in FQDN format and passwords are encrypted.

You can check "c:\ProgramData\Solarwinds\Logs\SEUM\AgentService.log" log file. If there is a problem with accounts it should log errors during startup. Common problem with domain accounts is that they have no "logon locally" permission for the machine and WPM player needs that. Try to RDP to player machine using those domain accounts, does it work?
