Hello. We will be placing our WHD in our DMZ and want to protect it from any incoming traffic. We also want to make sure our WHD is getting updates. Is there a website or IP address we need to keep open to the Internet?
WHD does not check for updates automatically. The only "outside" communication it can do (that I am aware of) is checking for licenses, but you can choose to do that manually.
Thanks, Matt. That is exactly what I needed to hear. Our company is just now rolling WHD, so it was probably a newbie question. I appreciate your reply.
