Is there any setting or configuration in WHD that allows for the display of the Techs that are in a Tech Group Level when a new ticket is being created? It would be so helpful for our Help Desk to see, when they are creating a new ticket, exactly who is in each Tech Group and each Level. We've created a way to display the Tech names by including them in the Tech Group Name, but honestly, it sometimes makes for a very long Group Name. Having the ability to display who is actually in each Tech Group and the Levels would be extremely helpful.
