Merge ticket or Make a Parent ticket in WHD

How can i merge tickets or create a Parent child relationship in WHD?

To merge, select both tickets in the index (ticket list), scroll to the bottom, and you should see a merge icon on the bottom left.

Yes you're right. Thank you i knew i was having a brain cramp. I simply couldn't find it. Thanks for your help.

The merge behavior is still a little strange, as it's still possible to re-open the non-dominant merged ticket and make new changes to that one directly.

One other thing to set is what to do with the child tickets after they are merged. They can be closed or set to a specific status:
