We have devices (e.g ipads, projectors, laptops) that our users can borrow. I would like to be able to generate a sign-out form within WHD which includes the device details, user, site location. I would like to then be able to print the form for the user to sign. Does anyone know of a plugin or other method to generate a sign-out form like this?
