How do you change the default time period of the "VoIP UDP Jitter Operation Details" view?

Hello guys,

I've been spending some time this week looking around on these forums, Google and the "Help" pages within the Solarwinds software to get an answer to this, but so far I haven't had any luck - so I'll give it a go here.

How do I change the default time period of the "VoIP UDP Jitter Operation Details"-page in VNQM? I thought "Customize Page" would be the natural place to do it, but there is no option in there to do it. Some of my colleagues have untintentionally changed this to "Relative time period: 4 hours" and I really want to change it to something else.

Hi Vidar,

there is unfortunately no general setting for changing the time period for several operations at the moment, at his time the safest way is to change the period in Manage IP SLA Operations.

I've now been looking through the options in "Edit" after checkmarking one of my VoIP UDP Jitter operations in "Manage IP SLA Operations", and I can't find an option to change the time period of the operation.

I've both checked the general settings and after clicking the "Advanced" settings for the operation.

Am I missing something here?

I think you are missing the drop down arrow that is located under the Page title that allows you to change time periods.

If you navigate to a 'Voip UDP Jitter Operations Details' page you can see the page title at the top and just underneath is a drop down arrow that may say "Custom period" or "Last 4 hours".

If you click the Down arrow it will present a box where you can change the time period to what you wish.

Hello rhidians,

I do indeed got that dropdown menu, but that only temporarily change the time period of that specific view.

All of my operations are by default set to "Relative time period: 4 hours" in "Voip UDP Jutter Operation Details". I want to change the default time period for all operations and not just the current view.
