How to create a custom field on the Asset Reservations page?
I've looked into this in the past myself and it's not supported. You can only have custom fields show up on the Asset but not the Reservation.

I can confirm this feature is still not available in the latest versions of the help desk, I'd recommend raising this with support as a feature request and a submission within Thwack (Web Help Desk Feature Requests).
